I’m Melissa Perez — Conditioning & Strength Coach, bodybuilding competitor, and founder of Mel from Hell Fitness.
I coach men and women to build real muscle, improve conditioning, and develop unshakable confidence through structured, intentional training. This isn’t random workouts — it’s progressive programming rooted in bodybuilding principles, performance, and long-term strength.
I also specialize in pre & postnatal training, helping women feel strong, supported, and empowered through every stage of life. Strength doesn’t stop when life changes — it evolves.
As a competitive bodybuilder and cyclist, I live what I teach. Discipline. Growth. Resilience. And yes — I’m a proud dog mom, too.
